Tours:
Visitors can
choose a self-guided tour or a narrated educational tram tour.
Self-Guided Tour
Visitors who would like to explore the gardens at
their own pace may pick up a garden map at the
Admissions desk and are welcome
to spend as much time exploring as desired.
Narrated Tram Tour ($5.00for adults, $3.00 for children
4-10)
For educational purposes, a half-hour narrated tram
tour is recommended, especially for visitors
from the mainland and other
countries w
ho
have limited knowledge of tropical plants. The tram tour
offers an over
view of
the gardens and provides sufficient knowledge and information
about the garden
and various tropical floral and plants. The tram winds its way through
different gardens
and takes visitors into many different plant environments. Our friendly
English and
Japanese speaking guides will show our guests various tropical
flowers
and plants in
the gardens and answer any questions. The narrated tram
tour operates
daily. The trams
are usually reserved for the cruise ship visitors
on Monday morning,
so plan accordingly.
